By downloading or using Quit Smoking Tracker: Forest (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App helps you track time smoke-free, visualize progress, and stay motivated. It may include optional premium features and optional account-based cloud sync.
2. Not medical advice
The App is for motivation and self-tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health-related milestones are for general education and may be based on publicly available sources (including WHO). Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions about quitting smoking.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
4. Premium & purchases
- Premium features are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use “Restore purchases” in the App if you reinstall or change devices.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including design, text, and graphics, is owned by Nazım Çimen or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific health outcomes from quitting smoking.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nazım Çimen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. See Delete Account & Data to remove cloud data.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
